Q: What areas do you service?

A: We service Portsmouth, Newcastle, Newington, Rye, Greenland, Stratham, Eliot & Kittery. If your nearby town isn’t listed please inquire.


Q: Do you have insurance?

A: Yes.

Q: How are your cleaning services priced?

A: Each service is priced based upon the square footage and number of bedrooms and bathrooms. We take into account the time needed to complete the individual needs of the home.

Q: What do you accept for payment?

A: We accept cash, check and credit card payments.

Q: When is payment due?

A: For one time services, a deposit of $75 is due upon booking to hold your appointment. The balance is due at the time of service. If you need to cancel, kindly let us know at least 72 hours in advance and your deposit will be refunded.


Q: Do you clean homes with pets?

A: Of course! As animal lovers, we are always excited to meet your fur-babies.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: We kindly ask that you cancel 72 hours ahead of time to avoid a $75 cancellation fee. If you must cancel, we are happy to work with you to reschedule. 

Q: Do you have employees?

A: Your services are provided by yours truly. In the future we might grow into a larger team, however we  are currently happy to offer our time and 100% personalized dedication to all our projects.

Q: What precautions are you taking with Covid-19?

A: We take safety very seriously and want to protect you and your family. We will wear masks and gloves upon request in your home. We sanitize our footwear and will maintain social distance while cleaning. We have disinfecting chemicals we will use and are following CDC guidelines. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us.

Q: Do you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

A: Yes, we provide all of the cleaning supplies and equipment needed to complete all our tasks.
